News is out that Brandon Rios and Yuriorkis Gamboa are fighting April 14 the main emphasis to me is the weight Gamboa will be moving up for the first time while Rios is moving down for the last time. Could this be somewhat of a changing of the guard for Top Rank to bring in a new lightweight star?
